Brewery Tap New Moon
Hoppy nose with a persistent off white head. Thick, black body - great appearance. Fizzy on the palate. I feel this is more like what a black IPA should be, compared to others I’ve tried, but it’s less to my tastes. The bitterness lingers a bit too long in the throat.

Brewery Tap Leodis Wheat
Cask @ The Brewery Tap, Leeds. A particularly fruity weiss with certain red berries standing out. Extremely refreshing with a robust fruitiness and distinctive taste. Will definitely try this again on my return to Leeds.

Brewery Tap Red Coat's Revenge
Cask conditioned handpump Brewery Tap Leeds 18/07/13. A golden beer with a tight white head and lace. A very bitter hoppy ale. Strong and sharp citrus notes. Malts are fine but the hops make it too bitter for its own good. Needs mellowing out.

Brewery Tap Leodis Wheat
Half pint as Leodis Wheat Beer, 4.6% abv, draught at the brewpub, Brewery Tap, Leeds. Golden body with a wheat haze. Rapidly fading white head, spotty lacing. Spiced fruity aroma with a basement touch. Fresh fruity taste, leafy hops and wheat. Fruity ending, semi-sweet.. Untypical weizen. Quite nice and refreshing (Leeds 30.06.2013).

Brewery Tap Me, Myself and IPA
Cask, half pint at The Brewery Tap. Hazy golden body, tiny, white head. Sweet and tart lemon to the nose. Dry lemony hops to the nose added my malty sweetness beneath. Dry bitter ending. Ok, a bit thin bodied for an IPA in my book. Gets an xtra score for the name (08.07.2012).

Brewery Tap Leodis Stout
Keg Brewery Tap Leeds 02/05/12. A black beer with a whitish head. A dry chocolatey stout with an acidic twinge. A little fruit and a little veg. Pretty thin. Ordinary.

Brewery Tap Leodis Wheat
Keg Brewery Tap Leeds. A minimal haze to this yellowy weizen with a white head and lacing. Toffee and banana with yeasty wheaty notes makes this pretty autentic. The sweetness does dominate a bit too much. Full bodied but as with a lot of hefes does become a touch cloying.

Brewery Tap Leodis Belgique
Keg Brewery Tap Leeds. A slightly hazy amber coloured beer with a white head and lacing. An authentic Belgian styled beer with good hops and yeasty flavours. I get that strawberry note I often get in Belgian Strongs. A bit of pink peppercorn in the nose from somewhere. Nice candy sugar notes. Very tasty indeed. Impressed.

Brewery Tap Leodis Pilsner
Keg Brewery Tap Leeds. A golden beer with a white head and lacing. A really good lager. Nice earthy flavours and citrus orange notes. A bit of nuttiness. A great body and surprisingly solid. No artificial snatchy lager notes at all. Wow.

Brewery Tap Leodis Saison
Draught at The Brewery Tap, Leeds. Clear pale golden, faint spritzy head. Strong herbal nose, the thyme and rosemary aren’t exactly shy. Very light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Slight grainy malt, lots of those herbal spice. Low bitterness. Gets a bit hard and thin.

Brewery Tap Solo Sorachi Ace
Initial bitter-sweet effect of green opal fruits. Very agreeable balance, almost tasting unnatural. Followed by lemongrass, lime juice, lychees; ending with a herbal hoppy bitterness. Extraordinary flavour! Would be a perfect match for Thai cuisine.

Brewery Tap Solo Northdown
Cask conditioned at the Brewery Tap, Leeds. Fairly standard Yorkshire pale. Decent head, quite bitter but not particularly aromatic. Good body. Would happily drink several.

Brewery Tap Solo Cascade
Cask at The Brewery Tap, Leeds. Great Cascade flavour and aroma. Less overpowering than most Cascade beers. I imagine it was around the 35-40 IBU mark. Balanced with a musky sweetness. Pale yellow with a 1cm head that lasted most of the way down the glass.

Brewery Tap Solo Hallertau Mittlefruh
Mid-way between a lager and an ale. Not much bitterness, but plenty raw hop flavour (subtle as it is.)
