les Fleurs du Malt Pale Ale
This beer has aa yellow and brown body, normal carbonation for the style, white foam. I have tasted this beer at la mise en bière, at Lausanne with my brother after a complicated day with our father. It is a classical one, dry and mineral, a bit soily, dry hop not so aromatic but it is find, dry mat, it sounds more an american pale ale than an English pale ale.

les Fleurs du Malt Weizen Rock
A bottle that I have shared with Raoul, at the Galicienne, Prilly, three days ago. The body is brown and red, troubled, yeasty, white and brown foam. I don't know if the brassin had a problem or if it is a choice of the brewer, but it is not a weizen bock and our exemplar had clearly a taste of Belgian kriek. At the beginning, the sourness is rather strong, a bit unpleasant, generous side of cherry, fruity, few hop. At the beginning, the taste is unpleasant but at the final, it is becoming more malty, bottled in 2017.

les Fleurs du Malt Humeur Noire
We have tasted this bottle at the Galicienne, in Prilly, on wednesday, with Raoul, big bottle, good nectar to enjoy this night with a rainy weather. I am generous witu the rate but I have found this stout rather pleasant, enough powerful and light, easy to drink with a powerful black body, normal carbonation for the style, white and brown foam staying some seconds. The taste is classical like a mozart sonnet with a side of roasted malt, coffee, hop, little side of cherry and black forest pie, little sour, not bad at all.

les Fleurs du Malt Bière Ambrée
I share this bottle with Raoul at the Galicienne, Prilly, during a beautiful and hot evening yesterday. I think that these beers are better than a couple if years, less problems concerning the infection of thebrassin. This one is classical, I think that it is not really an ambrée, it sounds more an american pale ale. The body is copper, some yeast, regular carbonation for the style, the foam, when you pour it, grows like a big cloud, white and brown. The taste is bitter, hop, watery, not malty for the style, well balanced during all the phases, simple but it makes the job to become refresh.

Thanks Steven, my brother for this bottle. I drank it with my wife in Lausanne for the day of the woman. In my opinion, it is a decent IPA, well balanced during all the phases. The bitterness is good, perfect hop, dry sensation, malt, I don’t really feel this sensation of apricot, but it is just my impression. The body is orange/brown troubled, normal carbonation, thin and white/brown foam, good job, not so easy to find this beer in Lausanne.

Shared bottle at Papsoe’s summer tasting. A big fluffy tanhead, covering a dark brown to near-black body. Initial aroma of licorice, then some burnt caramel, mild roast, and tinned dark fruits. Sweet, medium full malt body. Taste is well roasted malts, licorice, and tones of burt sugar/caramel. Surprisingly smooth with a soft sparkling mouthfeel. Mild roast and mild bitterness in the ending. Drinks good. [14.07.12]
