Theydon_Bois	2.6 Reschs Pilsener Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Golden blonde with a white cap that thins edgewards. Nose is straw, grains, herb, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises pale malts, grains, lemon rind, straw, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay slab of piss to be fair but the best thing about this was a few of the ratings prior! Sunday, February 4, 2024
mR_fr0g	2.5 Reschs Pilsener Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo for the antipodean delights. Aclear mid gold coloured pour with a fine small white head. Aroma is stale grains, cardboard, apple, light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bland stale malts, stale bread, apple esters, grainy bite, some hot alcohol,. Bland, chalky. danlo	2.2 Reschs Pilsener 375ml can from Dan Murphy's Wolli Creek, rated after chopping wood on 2pac day 2024. Clear golden colour, white foam head and aroma of crystal malt, corn grain, papery. Taste is sweet, corn, grainy, malt mash, cardboard, tangy, with metallic bitterness. Light bodied, high carbonation, drying cardboardy bitter finish. Abit bland, kind of OK cold. A beer that is nothing short of an icon in Sydney, it is a refreshing, clean, and tasty draught beer when poured correctly. Whilst it admittedly may not possess some of the more complex flavours or aromas i see attached to so many beers on this fine website, what it does have in spades is character, pedigree, and a sessionable quality that for mine places it a head and shoulders above any other widely-available draught beer. Lasting white cap. 3 Aroma: Lager-like. 3 Taste: Cardboard grain, sweetness, light citrus notes. 5 Palate: Moderate body, lifted carbonation. 2 Overall: Barely better than Tooheys New.
