Some floral notes and a bit of sweetness in taste, which reminds a bit of sahti someway and it doesn’t fit in here. There is actually a bit too much of that sweetness and it isn’t that enjoyable. FatPhil	2 Kashmir Dulcamara Keg (Viisi Pennia, Helsinki) Sweet nutty aroma, walnut, or even chestnut. Hazy orange, brief keggy head. Sweet chestnutty taste. Sickly and unpleasant. Sticky sweet palate, carbonation doesn’t help. Really not a pleasant thing to drink. I have to be honest, I don’t care if this is an ale, it’s worse than a pale lager. After pouring, and that’s really curious, rises principally a mark almost close to the typical farmhouse yeast. The color is incredibly pale, and - strange since should be an APA - tends to monk’s robe. So let’s proceed to the taste: well... it’s orange or lemon juice, maybe the Lemonsoda since the carbonation. Body doesn’t exists at all, finish as well. Seems water. APA you said? Bah... Aroma is hoppy with some Sorachi Ace sourness and Cascade fruitiness. Blackcurrant, mild mint and sweetish fruits. Some bitterness. Flavour is leaning more to Sorachi Ace. But it’s quite tasty.
