3.8 Bitches Isosceles IPA 3rd December 2013 Cock Tavern. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small off white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Light airy creamy malt. Little yeast. Nice medley of fruits with hoppy orange and orange peel, touch of lemon - slightly sherbet. Light pineapple and tropicarl fruits. Finishes soft. Very nice. Tuesday, December 24, 2013

4 Bitches Choc & Chilli Stout Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a deep black, finger of tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, chilli, dark chocolate, BBQ sauce, smoked meats. Taste is good strong stout - roasted malts, a little code and a nice chocolate, with the chilli giving a good little nip at the back (which becomes more prominent with time). Smoke flavours.are still there. Medium body, little CO2 prickle. Really interesting and different, and very nice. Saturday, November 24, 2012

3.7 Bitches Choc & Chilli Stout On tap at noth bar Leeds. Pours black and thick despite the other reviews I did not really think it had that much chillie about it . To me it was a dry dark chocolate to coffees type imperial stout . Not the best but certainly worth a go Wednesday, November 21, 2012

1.5 Bitches Choc & Chilli Stout [keg, IMBC2012] Menacing-looking blackish brown pour, sits like a slick in the glass. Poured through a hopinator stuffed with chillies, it properly burns, even on the aroma. Lots of chilli, burnt wood on the nose. On the tasting, it’s like drinking chilli oil mixed with ash from a coal fire. I’d love to try this without the naga flush, as it would probably be alright and some chocolate might come out. Definitely one for the beer geeks, it’s fascinating, but as a beer – completely undrinkable. Made to turn heads – which it does – but it also turns my stomach, unfortunately [06102012] Tuesday, October 23, 2012

4 Bitches Choc & Chilli Stout On keg at the Independent Manchester Beer Convention, poured through a Randall filled with hops, birds eyes and smoked naga chillies. Such a great and unique idea! This beer definitely changed depending on how fresh the chillies were. Pours a brown colour with a decent head. A huge smoked chilli aroma with chocolate and caramel coming through also. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. A real stand out of the festival! Sunday, October 7, 2012
