The aroma is grainy malt, mango passionfruit. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light, juicy tropical citrus, light herbal, light hop bitter palate. imdownthepub	3.1 New Bristol My Enigma Romance Cask conditioned at the Barking Cat, Poole, Dorset. Straw colour with white head. There is a perfumed, flowery character to this with notes of peach flower and apricots. Tropical fruited notes then come through. It's a little thin on the palate but okay. Tuesday, May 28, 2024

Nose is tonka bean, mellow roast, dark malts, chocolate melt. Taste comprises coffee, spice, vanilla, lighter shade of tonka than the nose, mellow roast. Aroma is of cinder, toffee, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, cream and coffee notes. Taste is of cinder, toffee, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, honeycomb, caramel and slightly bitter. Tastes a lot like a Cadbury's Crunchie bar. Very soft and smooth mouthfeel and light carbonation. Overall a very interesting beer.
