anstei	3.8 Sautter Cidre d'Alsace Biologique Bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma is apple peel, mealy apple, also cidre and pear. Body is medium, a bit thinnish, bitter green apple peel, still mealy, sour and quite tart, but never getting heavy. Surprisingly sweet palate, but quite matching actually. Still pear. Good! Maakun	3.5 Sautter Cidre d'Alsace Biologique Bottle shared at Camille’s birthday. Slight hazy pale straw with almost no head. Tart apples of the kind you put I pies, light lemon, dry apple peel, pears, light earthy 🍏. Under medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Over light bodied with sparkly carbonation. Not bad! Clear light yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, apple, manure notes, medium dry, light tart apples. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. SinH4	3.6 Sautter Cidre Doux d'Alsace Bottle. Clear pale faint yellowish color with white head. Aroma is sweet apple juice, dusty. Taste is sweet apples, apple skin, a bit vanilla, touch of funk. Medium carbonation. Easy to drink and sweet, as expected, but there's definitely more to it than just sweet apple juice. Good one. Wednesday, September 20, 2017

Lots of sweet apple, light apple skin, soft lemon, a hint of minerals. Quite sweet and a light sour finish. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Mostly just juice. Sweet apple juice, light pear and lemon, soft dry apple peel, dank cellar, light mineral. Under medium sweet, light sour. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation.
