1.5 Van Dyck I'll be Bock Doppelbock on tap-pours a light tan head with dark copper color. Aroma is dark fruit, sweet, dark malt, alcohol. Taste is a sharp, slight bitter tasate, not in standard doppelbocks. Syrupy, sweet, malt, very concentrated. The difference may be Mike’s German style signature, but I didn’t care for it.
