joergen	3 Arnaud Maripol Porter Bottle at Delirium Café, Brussels. Clear orenge brown coloured with a medium sized off white head. Fruity aroma of liquorice and fruits with notes of spices. JorisPPattyn	3 Arnaud Maripol Porter Black with reddish sparks; just a slim rim of off-white foam. Yeast looses at the very end, in tight descending specks. Nutty nose, some liquorice, and molasses. Quite neutral taste at first, then it splits up in a light-burning MF sensation, and a sweet underlying basic taste, not cloying. Very light MF, just a bit of slickness. Still way too sweet-neutral for a porter - and too light by half. Disappoints, as there’s such a load of great French black beers, epitomized with the use of their "black barley".
