The mainpart is grainy, bit the extreme pushy bitterness, that is probably more mouldy than bitter dominates the whole beer. The aftertaste is about the same... The aroma is mild, with some of the typical spices, but also a very light sourness. The body is quite weak, and the flavor too is light; quite dry as well, with a strong bitterness. The aroma is not very strong, but at least there is some good malt, hop, and light cereals too. It has a quite good flavor of crispy malt, and the hop too has some qualities, even if not as fresh and grassy as my favorite examples. The final has a quite strong bitterness, with a dash of straws, and a light earthy and moss touch, but nothing special. Pleasant. Tuesday, May 17, 2011
