Blom	3.3 Bullerup Humlestout Bought in Vinens Verden a couple of years ago and according to my tasting notes from back then, it was a good experience! Black with a dense head. American aroma full of hops and roasted malts. The flavour couldn’t quite live up to the initial aroma, but had a nice malty feeling with a bitter finish. Too bad Bullerup was so short lived. Ungstrup	3.3 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy, which gives it notes of grass and grapefruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as a good deal of grass and grapefruit as well as light notes of hay, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks MadsBerg for this one. yngwie	4 Bullerup Humlestout Bottle. It looks clear, black in color, with a beige head. Burnt, coffee aroma and flavor, with some fruity hops as well in the flavor. Full body and a burnt finish. A really lovely stout, it’s a pity they stopped brewing. The beer had been in my cellar for more than a month past BB-date, maybe that did the beer good. (070608) Wednesday, July 18, 2007
Grovlam	3.6 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Bottle. [Trade with thewolf, thanks buddy for this one] Impressive appearance: Large frothy beige head that mostly diminished. Excellent thick display of lacework. Hazy looking light brown color. Aroma of caramel, grain, grass, pine, grapefruit, citrus and liquorish. Full bodied with a dry and alcoholic texture and an average carbonation. Moderated balanced sweet and bitter flavor. Dry and lingering bitter finish. Nice IPA! Tuesday, July 17, 2007

Beer5000	4.2 Bullerup Humlestout 330ml bottle. (v.6) Dark red, almost black body with a brown head. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Wonderful balanced roasted malty flavor, lots of coffee and some liquorices. Nice hop level. Very smooth, this is top 50 stuff! Tuesday, June 26, 2007
rolickstamp293	3.9 Bullerup 101 IPA Bottle.Thanks to René thewolf. Pours a cloudy deep orange colour with a creamy big welll lasting light brownish head. Good lacing. Sweet aroma of fruits, caramel, yeast and hops. the flavour is fresh and very hoppy with a good frutiness, pleasant sweetness, with pine, good dryness and bitterness. duff	3.2 Bullerup 101 IPA Bottle. Pretty hoppy, but felt a little bit homebrewy, i.e a little unbalanced and rough around the edges. Some sweet lychee flavours from the hops and caramel sweetness from the malt. Finish shows some light acidity and then a decent bitterness. Wednesday, May 16, 2007
french tickler	3.3 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Thanks to thewolf. Brown amber poor with little head but with a few yeast deposits at the bottom. Aromas of kiwi pealings, orange zest, very hoppy, hint of vanilla, honey, coriander and a weird asperthame presence. Flavors of pomme-ganite, peppery with a hint of caramel. Nice even bitterness. Dedollewaitor	3.5 Bullerup Ars Morindi Fuggles Dark unclear/hazy amber orange with a good stabile white head. Nice aroma - hops, american style - cascade etc. Tatse of fruity & bitter hops which leaves to a lasting bitter end. Okay balanced easy malts (caramel) appears - but mostly hop dominates. Maria	3.7 Bullerup Humlestout Thanks to Beermouth for this nice stout! It’s pitch black with a light brown, cream and nice head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. The flavour is nice and harmonic, it has bite, but at the same time it’s very smooth and round - and that is IMO a good quality in a stout. It has notes of licorice and chocolate, a light bitterness and in the middle of the finish I get brief notes of cocoa. A nice and full-bodied stout. 1856 Wednesday, February 14, 2007
Maria	3.7 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Thanks to Beermouth for this nice trade! The beer is mahogany with a red hue, it’s hazy and has a nice, creamy head. The aroma is spicy and hoppy with a hint of earth. The flavour has light sweetness, nice spicy hoppyness, caramel, plum, a hint of resin and alcohol, that disturbs the overall impression just a little bit in this otherwise very nice beer! 1853 Wednesday, February 14, 2007
Maria	3.2 Bullerup Ars Morindi Fuggles It’s hazy and has a nice copper color and a nice head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and aroma hops. The flavour has notes of caramel, slightly burnt, and after that the hops kick som fruits in. The bitterness is limited, but enough to make the beer fresh. 1529 Wednesday, February 14, 2007
Maria	3.6 Bullerup Ars Morindi Cascade I looked very much forward to this dark amber beer with the moderate head. The aroma has a lot of Cascade (a favorit of mine), caramel and a hint of yeast. The same notes are found in the flavour, and it’s a really nice IPA with good bitterness, balance and harmony. I enjoyed it on my birthday in September 06, and it was my rating 1525. Maria	4 Bullerup 101 IPA Thanks to Beermouth for this nice trade! This nice beer is mahogany red, the head is limited and the aroma is absolutely wonderful: Lots and lots of aroma hops and a hint of caramel. The flavour has loads of aroma hops, fruit, gentle citrus and hints of caramel. IMO this is a very nicely balanced beer, one that makes me say uhmmm, mhhh etc. every time I take a sip. henrikb	3.5 Bullerup 101 IPA Hazy dark amber body, yellowish creamy head; Alright nose but nothing special to it, it needs quite a bit more aroma but what there is is pleasant pine and orange backed by a little to much yeast aroma; Pleasant carbonation in a soft and a little to thin body, bitter but should be bitterer; Quite long a bit thin finish, the bitterness grows a bit and it is a little harsh, simple hop and malt aromas. thewolf	3.3 Bullerup Ars Morindi Cascade Pours a dark amber with an initial nice off white head that dissappears quickly and forms a fine head. Aroma has some yeast and pine and a lot of hops - though it still feels sweet. Very dry mouthfeel, some caramel and quite a lot of hops. It’s not that balanced - not as the other Bullerups. thewolf	3.8 Bullerup 101 IPA Bottle. Pours a very muddy brown orange. A little dense head with some bubblyness stays on top of the beer. Aroma has lots of hoppyness, a flowery kind. Some apples and oranges as well - even some vanilla. Flavours begin with some degree of toffee. A good moutfeel - not that creamy though. There is some spicyness hidden below a varied bitterness. BeerBiker	4 Bullerup 101 IPA Had one purpose with the townvisit today; to buy some of cab’s new 101 IPA’s. Beermouth handled me three! In respect, the others were to domestic/overseas ratebeerians. I dont known the ingredients, but this beer could be a more hoppy version of his Fuggles, but time will show if it’s right. Great unfiltered lightmaghony look with little head and with a weakspicy cascadearoma. Very attractive! Flavor is nice hoppy with elements of spices, cascade-sweetness, yeast, citrus, which is followed by a mediumlong bitterness in the end! Nice work from Bullerup, again! thewolf	3.7 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Pours a nice hazy nut brown with a good creamy head- slightly yellow in colour. Aroma has lots of hops, some oranges and a little butter. Very dry mouthfeel. Despite being quite bitter it has a middle, where lots of sweet caramel fullness reach your tongue. Good IPA! Tuesday, January 16, 2007
madbeer101	3.5 Bullerup Humlestout Bottled. Pitch black coloured. Small light borwn head. Aroma of roast, light chocolate, and herbs. Quite smooth and complex. Flavour of liqourice, chocolate, roast and herbs. A bit fruity as well. Medium tto full bodied. Quite dry. Ends on a roasty, caramelly note. Very smooth and balanced. Papsoe	3.5 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye (Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy nutty brown with a small, creamy, off-white head. Very fat, hoppy aroma. Quite full-bodied with lots of caramel malt and then a very ferocious hopping that adds more aroma and flavour than bitterness. A vaguely underlying burned edge. 031206 Monday, December 18, 2006

Papsoe	3.1 Bullerup Ars Morindi Fuggles (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a dark, amber golden with a vague cloudiness and a small, creamy, off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with a whiff of aroma hops. Actually fairly full-bodied with plenty of caramel and some earthy accents reminding me of elder flower. Spicy and piquant hoppiness but it never gets dominating. A lightly bitter finish. madbeer101	3.3 Bullerup Ars Morindi Cascade Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Beige dense head. Yeasty flowery aroma with some piney notes. Is quite soapy, but not unpleasant. Flavour is caramelly, yeasty and is quite floral. Again some light soapy notes. Is medium bodied. Quite dry. Is well balanced. Ends on a caramelly and fruity bitterness. Dedollewaitor	3.4 Bullerup Humlestout Dark brown with creamy white/ brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffeee & caramel. Ok filling texture . smooth & creamy. Fine lacings on the side of the glass. Quite a few hops dominates the finish, Cascade & golding. Very well balanced overall. Pleasant and lasting hoppy finish. henrikb	4 Bullerup Celestial Emperor Rye Served kindly by beermouth - Slightly hazy amber body with a red shine; Super beautiful nose, lots of aroma and a superb balance, warm rye notes, lots of pine, warm flowers and a very little warming soft licorice; Bitter body, soft texture, right amount of carbonation, a very little to thin both in texture and general fill; Long super bitter finish, soft texture, lots of fresh pine, a little sweet pine, some a licorice and a little caramel. Super, super beer right in both balance and depth. (8-4-7-3-16 Tasted at home 14 days later the downgrading: A little to little carbonation, body needs a little more fresh bitterness (there is lots if dry bitterness), and lack of aromas in finish.)
