DijkBier	2.9 Pt'ass Blonde Bottle from beer shop in Auxerre; the name giving me a hope of nice alternative small-scale beer. Pale hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Faint aroma of light malts, yeasty and a little fruitiness. Taste indeed light orange-ish and spiciness (coriander), when one knows about it; moderate sweet but still rather dry. Moderate carbo. Hm, OK but not very special; French breweries should start adding more hop character.... (Anyway, but what's this shit about Pt'ass not mentioning the brewer on the label and neither the brewery that actually seems to brew it?? And is "Pt'ass at Catalpa Festival" the same beer? Also 6%, also blond, also bit non-descript but fruity? And also no brewery mentioned?? Without that info I cannot enter this as a new beer...
