Koelschtrinker	3.4 Ratsbrauhaus Weizen Stark karbonisierter, herb hefiger Antrunk. Spritzig, die Hefigkeit sinkt, die anschließend aufkommende Bitterkeit steigt deutlich. Der Hefecharackter geht aber nicht verloren sondern festigt sich zum Ende sogar und bindet das bittere Aroma ein. Gelungen. 11/11/11/11//12 Wednesday, August 19, 2015

Lyncham	3.7 Ratsbrauhaus Schwarzbier One of the better brews ath the pub. Good hops balance with the dark rich malts. Medium carbonation, with an medium thin body. Fits the style as a schwartz bier. Very drinkable. Saturday, April 3, 2010
Lyncham	3.4 Ratsbrauhaus Weizen Good yeasty nose up top. Nice cloudy golden color. Overall it seemed a bit watery. However, the pub can serve this with a strawberry syrup and it did spruce up the beer. Good drinkable beer for a local brew. Saturday, April 3, 2010
Lyncham	3.3 Ratsbrauhaus Dunkel Weizen (Köhlers) Good local town brew. The staff at the brew pub were nice and they had interesting ways of serving each beer, such as with fruits or syrups. Our bar tender took us in the back to see the brewing facilities. Good operation. The dunkel was drinkable with a good malty hop profile. Nice yeast profile higlights the dark malts. Maria	2 Ratsbrauhaus Weizen Draught at the brewpub. The color is unclear, warm golden and the head is creamy and lasting. The aroma has notes of sour milk and meat, that is older than ”best before”. The flavour has sweetness and notes of butterscotch, sour milk, light clove, yeast, wheat, hints of banana and the way too old sausages smell. Not really pleasant. Friday, August 21, 2009
