caribou43	4 Degenbier Unikat - X-Ray Discovering and taking this bottle from Wittisch, at Olten. Rating and enjoying this bottle at home, in Epalinges, on the balcony, during this heat. Delightful IPA, with all the ingredients and aromas that you could expect. The color is yellow, troubled and white foam, normal carbonation. The taste is perfectly aromatic, citrus, a bit sparkling, so bitter and the hop is the king with this beer, small side of tropical fruits, dry malt, well brewed. Monday, July 1, 2019

I have rated this bottle, two days ago, at home, in Epalinges, enjoying our first hot days of the year, at the balcony, speaking with my father about history. In my point of view, it is a correct pale ale, plesantly aromatic, good flavour of hop, bitter and citrus, little touch of pine tree, dry malt and a bit watery. Thursday, June 6, 2019
