mattphilips	2.7 Üllői Barna Ugyanott, köszi a tippet! Átláthatatlan sötétbarna színű sör, egészen kitartó, közepes méretű, enyhén krémes kávébarna habbal a tetején. Illata pörkölt malátás, kissé kávés és élesztős. Jó sokat kellett várni, mire megfelelő hőmérsékletre melegedett. Ízében is a pörkölt jegyek vannak jelen, de hamar átfordul savanyúba, kár érte. Ezen kívül van egy egészen fura kávés, valamint rumaromás! és élesztős utóíze. Ha nem lenne ennyire savanykás, egészen jó is lehetne. Saturday, September 10, 2011
mattphilips	2.2 Üllői Pils Újpest központ, aluljárós talponálló, Budapest. Erősen túl van hűtve, érdemes várni kóstolás előtt. Színe sápadt szalmasárga és tökéletesen áttetsző, habja pedig laza és gyorsan elpezseg. Illata eléggé jellegtelen, enyhén élesztős és kukoricás. Íze sincs éppen sok, de nem is kellemetlen, meg lehet inni. Utóíze malátás. Nagyon vizes és szúrósan szénsavas, de legalább mentes a bűztől és az elviselhetetlen mellékízektől. Egy koszos kis aluljáróba dugott krimó kínálatához képest remek kis söröcske, elsőre meglepően kiegyensúlyozott az édes-keserű aránya, majd átveszi ezt egy vizes-savanykás utóíz. Árához és felbukkanási helyéhez képest meglepően jó. Draught, Újpest Központ underground station, Budapest, Hungary. Quite a good beer, especially considering the fact that I drank it in an ugly little bar hidden in the depth of a filthy underpass. The balance of sweet and bitter tastes is fine at first, and then it gives way to a watery-sour aftertaste. It’s quite a catch, considering its low price and the ugly place where I found it. rickgordon	3.3 Üllői Barna Pet bottle. Brown colour with diminishing off-white head. Ripe dark plum in the nose, along with chocolate - like a mature Imperial Stout. Great smell. Flavour is less pronounced but pretty tasty anyway. Elegant mint chocolate in a light, soft body with low maltiness. Becomes bit milky in the end. Really interesting beer with developed aroma. rickgordon	2.6 Üllői Pils Pet bottle. Pale golden colour with diminishing foam. Pale malty, fruity aroma. Flavourwise, fruity up front with light sweet maltiness and a dash of flowery hops. No dms, no adjunct feel but really lacking in maltiness. Very low bitterness and light bodied. Tuesday, March 8, 2011
armando629	2.2 Üllői Barna 0,5 l PET bottle, bought in a little deli on the northeastern corner of Vásárcsarnok, Fővám tér, Budapest. Dark reddish-brown beer with a medium off-white/tan head. Light toasted aroma of caramel and cocoa, sourish yeast and some unpleasant acidity in the nose. Medium bodied with sourish yeast, light toasty and sweet caramel, some unmatured character. Better than expected but not the best dunkel in my rating history...Friendly attempt to brew a dunkel one, keep it up! Monday, November 9, 2009
armando629	1.8 Üllői Pils Golden body and a small head. The nose and the flavour is all about a young beer, not fermented correctly, bad. Too sweet taste with an unpleasant, grassy mouthfeel. Probably next time the beer gets better. first rating: 2008.06.28. aroma: 2/10 appearance: 3/5 flavor: 3/10 palate:2/5 overall: 3/20 Tasted again, 0,5 l PET bottle, bought in a little deli on the northeastern corner of Vásárcsarnok, Fővám tér, Budapest. Similar mistakes as before but little bit better...unmatured but not so bad as the first time. Weak body with corn and sesame flavor, straw and diacetil. Keep it up, it will be better!
