Eufrat Pale ale

A rye pale ale that turned out really good, but its a bit of a biter hops bomb.
9 lbs 2-row, 5 lbs Rye malts, 1 lbs Victory, Hops-- 1.25 oz magnum T-60, 1 oz kent golding T-30, 1 oz cascade T-15, 1 oz Citra T-1, CA ale yeast
Mash grains at 149 for 50 min in 5 gal of water, sparge to collect about 6.5 gallons. Vigorous boil for 60 min. Cool in the boil pot with wort immersion chiller. Strain into glass for primary, collect 5 gal. Two weeks in primary with CA super ale yeast.
