Eufrat Pale ale

A rye pale ale that turned out really good, but its a bit of a biter hops bomb.

Mash grains at 149 for 50 min in 5 gal of water, sparge to collect about 6.5 gallons. Vigorous boil for 60 min. Cool in the boil pot with wort immersion chiller. Strain into glass for primary, collect 5 gal. Two weeks in primary with CA super ale yeast.
