Ohhh beer how I love you :)
I manage a home brew store and help out at a few local breweries. I have been making beer and teaching people how to do so for several years and find beer to truly be an art form. I have great respect for any body who has been able to make a living out of creating beer and always mean for my critiques to be feedback in the most positive sense.
