Zwickelbier / Kellerbier / Landbier

The Kellerbier is a young, unfiltered, unpasteurized version of the traditional German beer style (generally a Märzen or a Helles), traditionally served with natural carbonation straight from the lagering vessel as the name - which means "cellar beer" - literally implies. Generally, the Amber Kellerbier is based on a Märzen while the Pale Kellerbier is based on an Helles but is it also possible that it may be based an other styles such as Pils, Bock or Schwarzbier. The Zwickelbier is essentially the same as a Kellerbier but may be slightly less hoppy. The Landbier, is also very similar style but is more malt-accented, may be filtered, but is similarly lacking in carbonation. The Zoiglbier is also included in this category
