Initial brews were at Foxfield & Port Mahon Breweries. First off their own plant was in 2003. In 2004 they bought the Hillsborough Hotel in Sheffield brewing on that plant under the name Wellington Brewery. This was sold in 2006 then later the plant was sold to Hope Valley Brewery.
