Join CulinAerie co-owner Susan Holt and Hook & Ladder founder and brewmaster Rich Fleicher for a memorable evening cooking, eating and tasting Hook & Ladder’s award-winning beers. Students will taste a number of beers (see menu, below), as well as a new release for fall as yet to be named, while preparing a unique menu perfectly suited to the superiority of the Hook & Ladder craft.
Menu:
Vigneronne salad (endive, radishes, greens, cornichons and shallots braised in Alsatian white wine); Hook & Ladder Golden Ale
Spicy Shrimp Cioppino with Garlic Croutons: Hook & Ladder Pipe and Drum Irish Ale
Pear and Dried Cherry Crisp with Creme Fraiche; Hook & Ladder Backdraft Brown
