Ritual Cask and Oyster Thursday is a weekly event. Every week a different local brewery is featured along with fresh shucked oysters from Carlsbad Aqua Farms. This week local/national favorite Alpine Beer Company and their incredibly tasty Pure Hoppiness will be flowing from the hand pump.

Enjoy tasty beer and house made tavern fare. Shepherd’s pie made with Niman Ranch lamb and beef (vegan version available too), Carlsbad Aqua Farm mussels cooked in white wine or beer with garlic, shallots, and parsely served with artisan bread from Sadie Rose for dunking in the broth, beer battered fish and chips made with domestic farmed catfish and house cut fries :-)
