Flying Saucer KC Anniversary Party

Hey folks, it that time of the year again, and that means we are quickly approaching the Flying Saucer’s 2nd Annivesary party. We will be hosting it Sunday May 2nd and running it pretty much the same way as last year. Starting at noon we will tap a new beer every hour on the hour until 9 or 10pm depending on the beers. We will also have raffles throughout the day as well as our normal Sunday specials: MO/KS pints for $2.75.

Here is a tentative list of beers. Keep in mind this is will probably change between now and the party. I will notate beers I am sure we will use. In no particular order:

Founder’s KBS (for sure)
Bell’s Batch 9000 (for sure)
Bell’s Porter Firkin (pretty sure)
Avery Beast or Mephistopholes
Schlafly Trocken Hopfen Stopfen Marzen (for sure)
Left Hand Oak Aged Widdershins (for sure)
Dieu du Ciel Route des Epices Rye Pepper Ale (for sure)
Mikkeller Single Hop Centennial IPA or Black Hole(pretty sure)
Kulmbacher Eisbock (pretty sure)

I am still waiting to see what beers we may get from Grand Teton, Bear Republic, New Holland, and Founders. Hopefully I find out by early next week.

We will also be releasing bottles of Mikkeller 1000 IBU, Cantillon Kriek, Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus, and Cantillon Grand Cru as well. We may even have some Fantome beers as well, but don’t quote me on that just yet.
