Wisconsin’s Capital Brewery will be highlighted during a special tasting at Lakeview’s Fizz Bar & Grill on Monday, May 17. The event will be held as part of Chicago Craft Beer Week, which takes place from Monday, May 17 through Sunday, May 23.

Four Capital Brewery beers, including one specialty brew available one night only at Fizz, will be paired with a variety of sausage and cheese during the Wisconsin-themed tasting. Capital’s brewmaster, Kirby Nelson, will make the trip from Middleton, Wisconsin for the event to discuss his creations along with fellow hop heads.
