I had my Seattle cellar shipped to Knoxville and I need to drink some beers to make some room. I know it’s last minute but we haven’t had a tasting since April and it’s also about time I hosted.

I’ll see what sort of dinner/snacks I can come up with. I’ve got two rooms upstairs for those that over indulge and need to sleep it off.
