Join Goose Island Brewmaster Greg Hall at Resto July 12, 2010. That’s right! American beer at Resto!! We will be kicking off our American beer program with a four course dinner paired with four brews from Goose Island, Chicago, IL. On the menu GI’s belgian style farmhouse ale “Sofie”, “Matilda” a pale ale, “Pere Jacques” an abbey, and for dessert the “bourbon County Stout”. Don’t forget the food.
