Details

1. MITTELFRUH MONSTER. An untraditional, highly hopped maibock style beer. This full bodied beer was dry-hopped with Halletau Mittelfruh hops. 8% ABV.

2. DR IPA. Hazy golden amber. This Imperial IPA is dryer and crisper than a regular IPA. Intense hop flavor and aroma with less caramel maltiness make for an interesting HOP-HEAD delight. 8% IIPA

3. WHITE DEVIL. Well-rounded cloudy golden Belgian-styled white ale rallies behind luscious candi-sugared banana clove frontage and heavy 9.5% alcohol.

4. HEFEWEIZEN. Golden cloudy wheat beer. This is a true to style beer. Made using mostly malted wheat and a special yeast which gives this beer it’s destinct banana and clove flavors and aromas. 5.8%

5. IMPERIAL CREME BRULEE JAVA STOUT. 8% (description to follow soon).

6. WINTER WONDER. Deep amber color lager, strong malt aroma, sweeter malt flavor, high bitterness to balance alcohol and sweetness. Made each May for winter solstice.17.5%

BOTTLES
SOLAR ECLIPSE IMPERIAL STOUT. Bottled version clocked in at 18% ABV. Draught version, december 07, was 17%. 12 oz

OLDE BRUNE. Flemish style Oud Brune ale with a Kuhnhenn twist. Robust 11.5% ABV made with a 100% Munich malt intensified by boiling over night then aged for 6 months on a blend of exotic yeasts and micro flora. Michigan Montmorency Cherries infusion top off this decadent treat. 12 oz
