rtisanal Imports is kicking off a stateside version of the Belgian holiday in honor of St. Arnoldus, the patron saint of Belgian beer, who urged the masses to drink beer instead of water during a plague. Bebe Cervesium Non Aquam. Drink Beer, not Water.

That’s this Sunday, July 18, and the Blue Nile, we’re dedicating 9 of our 12 tap lines to Belgian beers, starting at 4pm and going until we close. The first three on the list are from Artisanal, the other 6 from other importers. Sample sets will be available, of course, 3 4-ounce pours for $8. Glassware will be given out to all, as well as t-shirts, while supplies last.
