Appetizer
*Manila clams steamed in a Belgian-style wit beer with garlic, butter, and scallions.
*Avery White Rascal is a Belgian-style wit beer with gentle notes of coriander, orange peel, and soft oats.
Main Course
*Braised Angus short ribs with bacon mushroom bread pudding, glazed carrots, and frizzled leeks.
*Oskar Blues Old Chub is a Scottish-style Wee Heavy rich with dark pitted fruits, candied apples, and a subtle kiss of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Dessert
*Dark chocolate pate with fresh berries and vanilla bean ice cream.
*Lindeman’s Kriek is a Belgian Lambic made with real whole Belgian Schaarbeekse Kriek, a type of cherry, for a decadent tryst of homemade black cherry pie marked by a playful hint of tartness.
