Mr. Beery’s and Roy’s Sarasota Presents Beer Dinner Series with Samuel Adams: Sunday November 14th 6:30pm Come and experience all the flavors of Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion cuisine perfectly paired with beers from Sam Adams, the pioneer of American Craft Brewing. Chef Justin Fields of Roy’s Sarasota has created a five course menu to compliment five Sam Adams brews selected by Mark Tuchman of Mr. Beery’s Craft Beer Bar. The menu will include: Big Island Spiced Plantain Chips with Costal Wheat - Lager Tempura Spider Roll with Boston Lager - Sizzled Hamachi Sashimi with Latitude 48 IPA - Shiso Pesto Stuffed Lamb Loin with Black Lager, and a Black Forest Cherry Torte with Cherry Wheat-Cream Stout Cocktail.
