So we’re nearing the end of the year and it looks like we’ve been saving the best for last! Allagash Brewing Company is coming down to the Pub for a Tap Takeover with four of their über-awesome brews!As usual, personnel from Allagash will be on hand to offer samples and answer any and all questions you may have about their beers!

First up is the return of a longtime Wild Goose favorite—ALLAGASH WHITE.The ultimate Witbier, this 99-rated masterpiece never stays on long at the Goose because it flies out so damn fast! Hints of wheat, banana, citrus, coriander and even bread make their way into the nose and taste of this easy-drinking beer!

Next up is the Wild Goose debut of ALLAGASH BLACK. A Belgian Dark Stout brewed with Belgian dark candies, it packs a 7.5% ABV into a 98-rated beer! With a silky mouthfeel, and hints of licorice, anise, and dark fruits, you better try it!

ALLAGASH DUBBEL is making it’s Goose debut as well! This 94-rated Abbey-style double is an EXCELLENT example of the style and you’ll find all of the caramelly-malty, yeasty goodness that you can handle, coupled with a 7% ABV.

Lastly, we bring back ALLAGASH CURIEUX—the elusive “perfect beer”! Okay, so with a 99 rating it’s not technically perfect—but try telling that to anyone who’s had it! Aged in Jim Beam Bourbon barrels, this is a MUST-TRY!
