Brasserie Bockor presents Flemish Sour beer blending seminar. Explore the technique involved with blending young sour with wood aged sour ale to produce a balanced sour ale (Cuvee des Jacobins Rouge). Representing Brasserie Bockor will be Dennis Keller. Mr Keller is a BJCP recognized judge from the first graduating class in the Southwestern US (1994), and craft beer professional for the past two decades.
