Presented by Executive Chef James Schroeder, a beer dinner featuring all four of the Sierra 30 series of beers!

Chesapeake Bay Oyster Stew, turnips, Benton’s Bacon, Yukon Gold potatoes, Parsley, paired with Charlie, Fred and Ken’s Imperial Helles Bock

Pan Seared Squab Breast with Crispy Leg, blue corn polenta, red wine braised cabbage, cherry gastrique, paired with Brewer’s Reserve (a blend of oak-aged Bigfoot, fresh Celebration and fresh Pale Ale)

Espresso Dusted Beef Tenderloin, sweet potato and cipolin onion hash, beef short ribs, short ribs jus, paired with Jack and Ken’s Black Barleywine

Blackberry Tart with Saint Andre Cheese, whipped cream, vanilla anglaise, pairded with Fritz and Ken’s Imperial Stout
