New Belgium - Summer Wrap-up Beer Dinner

This seasonal beer dinner will celebrate the end of summer with featured brews from New Belgium and a specially designed food menu that will pair well with a selection of seasonal brews and selected offerings from New Belgium’s Lips of Faith lineup. The evening will be led by New Belgium representative and "North Texas Beer Ranger," Jerry Bushon. Guests will be treated to a special discourse on the brews being featured, as well as a chance to discuss all things beer with Bushon, the regional expert from the brewery.

Guests for the dinner will be treated to a food menu consisting of the following selections: Key Largo shrimp salad; a selection of artisanal gourmet cheeses and fresh fruit; lamb kabobs with fresh vegetables served over dirty rice; and a dessert course of Samoa pretzels with coconut, Belgian chocolate and caramel. The beers that will be featured for the evening include: Abbey Belgian Style Ale; Super Cru, New Belgium’s 20th anniversary ale from the Lips of Faith series; Clutch Dark Sour Ale, also from the Lips of Faith series; Kick, a harvest season sour ale collaboration between New Belgium and Elysian Brewing with cranberries and pumpkin spices; and Hoptober Golden Ale.

Tickets are $35 for UFO members and $40 for non-members
