The Cooks’ House restaurant was opened to celebrate the bounty of agriculture and artisan made products that are found in Northern Michigan. It is their mission to use, promote and celebrate local sustainable foods. New Holland is proud to collaborate on their first beer dinner, November 17th. Five courses, thoughtfully sourced, prepared and expertly paired alongside New Holland Beers. One seating at 7 pm.
