Middlewich Beer Festival 2011
Middlewich & District Round Table is proud to announce details of the 9th annual Middlewich Beer Festival. Over 750 people are expected to pack into Middlewich British Legion, Lewin Street on the 28th and 29th of October to sample over 40 beers, ciders and fruit wines.
This year will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Royal British Legion with all money raised going to the Poppy Appeal and Round Table local causes.
There will be something for all tastes with 40 real ales as well as ciders, perries, cask conditioned lagers and a selection of English fruit wines. The drinks have been selected by John Foster and CAMRA’s Marc Holmes who organises the Great British Beer Festival in Earls Court, London. “As ever we’ve gone with a wide selection of new and exciting ales and some old favourites including a double order of a blueberry ale which in previous years has sold out within 3 hours!”

As if the drinks on offer were not enough, there’ll be no shortage of entertainment with music this year being provided by popular cover bands on "Ctrl+C" on Friday night and "The Rocks" on Saturday night. The Saturday lunchtime session will provide an acoustic showcase of "live and local" folk music.

Fri 7pm-11pm
Sat 12pm -4pm 7pm-11pm

Cost: £2-£5
