Locavore Beer Dinner Benefitting Emerald View Park and Trails.
Beers provided by Penn, East End, Full Pint and Rock Bottom Pittsburgh
First Course: Local leek potato and ramp soup with Rock Bottom Stacks Pale Ale
Salad: Endive, Escarole and Arsenal Cheese Curd. Penn Weizen.
Entree: Elysian Field Lamb. Full Pint Tri IPA
Dessert: Wigle Whiskey and Vanilla Bean Gelati. East End Black Strap Stout
