Ladies and Gentleman

It is once again time to Celebrate all things Craft Beer… Everett’s is planning a celebration this year.

Attached, is a flyer listing all (but not necessarily all) things we have planned. Some of the new items this year will be our Cheese Tasting, Everett’s will have Cheese to sample and purchase from Decatur Dairy located in Brodhead, Wisconsin.. I think all of you will agree that after tasting their cheese it ranks up there as some of the best in the State of Wisconsin.

Also, we’re happy to have Pig Minds Brewing http://www.pigmindsbrewing.com/ joining us, they will be bringing (2) brews to sample… Brian tells me that they will also be opening the same week as our Tasting, so after the Tasting at Everett’s drive down to the Brewery and have a couple more…. Of course, you might want a DD….

Once again we will have the pleasure of being in the presence of some terrific home brewers, Mark and Dave from Thirsty Soul Brewing. They’re brewing a special ‘Everett’s’ Brew for the tasting and rumor has it that they were bring a Double IPA.. We’ll see….


New, and hopefully if everything goes right, John from Farmhouse Brewing Supply http://www.farmhousebrewingsupply.com in Janesville, Wisconsin will be on hand showing off his store’s wide selection of quality ingredients and also some Home Brewing equipment..

And finally, besides over the forty Craft Beers we will be sampling, I have held back a number of ‘Limited Release’ bottles that I will draw on the half hour starting at 12:30pm for a chance then to purchase these wonderful limited beers!
