Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will celebrate American Craft Beer Week with a week of rare tappings, exclusive guided tastings and special releases from Monday, May 14 to Sunday, May 20.

Monday, May 14, 5 p.m. – Special release party for Duck Rabbit Craft Brewery Hoppy Bunny and a brewers table with brewery representative Robert Owens from Duck Rabbit Brewery.

Tuesday, May 15, 7:30 p.m. – American Craft Beer Week Trivia Bowl with various brewery and Flying Saucer-themed giveaways throughout the evening.

Wednesday, May 16, 7 p.m. − Brewery Night featuring Uinta Brewing Company Crooked Line High Gravity Series brews.

Thursday, May 17, 7 p.m. – Tap Takeover with various special brews from Founders Brewing Company.

Friday, May 18, 5 p.m. – Specialty tappings from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and a Brewers Table featuring John Marrino, Olde Mecklenburg owner.

Saturday, May 19, 5 p.m. – Tap Takeover with special Bell’s Brewery Oberon that has been “Randalized” through blueberries and strawberries.

Sunday, May 20, 12 p.m. – Battle of North Carolina Beers – Duck Rabbit Craft Brewery, Highland Brewing Company, Mother Earth Brewing, Foothills Brewing Company and Big Boss Brewing Company will all compete against each other with the highest selling brewery receiving an extra tap for one month on the Saucer’s tap wall.
