The Office Bistro & Lounge collaborates with Goose Island Beer Company to offer yet another EPIC night to celebrate craft beer! Goose Island will grace us with their presence at The Office Bistro on July, 15th at 6 pm. This is an event not to be missed with some of the finest beers Goose Island Beer Company has to offer with excellent pairings to match from Executive Chef J.R. Hobbs. The following beers will be served during the event:

Goose Island Summertime, Goose Island Sofie, Goose Island Matilda, Goose Island Juliet, Goose Island Pepe Nero, and Goose Island Night Stalker.

Dinner Courses:

First Course:
Goose Island Matilda paired with Duck Confit with a Caramelized Tomato and Onion Jam.

Second Course:
Goose Island Juliet paired with a Frisée, Roasted Beet and Melon Salad with a Juliet Infused Vinaigrette.

Third Course:
Goose Island Sofie paired with Applewood Smoked BBQ Pork Belly with Fresh Corn Spoon Bread

Fourth Course:
Goose Island Pepe Nero paired with Chateaubriand Beef Tips in a Demi-Glace with Potato Dumplings and Broccolini.

Fifth Course:
Goose Island Night Stalker paired with a Chocolate Espresso Mousse Gosling.
