We will be working with Founders Brewing to make a delicious dinner and beer party where we will be tapping a lovely keg of the Kentucky Breakfast Stout. Dinner starts at 7:00pm.

For $55 you get an amazing four-course meal complete with beer paring that can’t be beat.

Arugula Salad
Double Trouble IPA or Centennial IPA
Arugula, spicy candied walnuts, strawberries, lemon vinaigrette, parmesean

Course Two
Salmon Satay
Curmudgeon Old Ale
Parmesean shoe-string fries, rosemary oil, Salmon Satay

Lamb Chop
Porter
Single lamb chop with roasted fingerling potato and asparagus

Course Four
Cherries Flambee
Kentucky Breakfast Stout
Cherries flambee with bourbon on vanilla ice cream
