Waking up early is easy when you are getting ready for the French Toast cook-off. This impromptu event started in our second season and is not to be taken lightly. A hand picked panel of your children will be selected to judge your toasted delights. Truly fear these judges as they are the beer judges of the future. The added benefit is if your child is judging you won’t have to feed them, what could be better than that. For more details contact please contact Justin Chartier.

Soda Judging - A special judging event has been arranged this year for our future BJCP hopeful’s. In conjunction with the Michigan Beer Cup we would like to invite your children to participate in this year’s MHF soda judging. Each of our junior judges will receive a Junior Judge Badge. All soda entries can be dropped off with the Michigan Beer Cup entries at the official drop-off points. Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony and prizes will be given.

Soda-palooza - Hopman’s Beer and Wine Making Supply is proud to sponsor a pop making extravaganza. Have your child participate in the creation of finely handcrafted soda’s with the help of The SNOBS Homebrew Club. Once finished each of these flavorful concoctions will be chilled and force carbonated overnight in order to await their unveiling at the Michigan Homebrew Festival.

Beer Games - What would a festival be with out games. This year’s you can go head to head against your favorite clubs and friends. Who know what in store, but braggin rights are just around the corner.

Feast of Friday - As you all know, nothing pairs better with beer than food. This year’s Feast of Friday will be hosted by Redwood Lodge and you are invited to break out your finest gastronomic delights. Whether it is steak, cheese, pasta, or potatoes all campers are encouraged to bring a dish to pair up with Redwood’s Cream Stout.
