Ciders from Montana and New York

Details

This Friday we’re pouring four new ciders to the Seattle area from Montana Cider Works and and New York’s Slyboro Cider House. Montana Cider Works offers English-style hard ciders in the English tradition featuring apples grown in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. We’ll be pouring North Fork, a bittersweet and mildly tart cider with notes of wood, butter and grass, and Darby Pub, a bubbly and fruit-forward patio-pounder of a cider. Slyboro Cider Works harkens back to pre-Prohibition days when cider was almost the exclusive alcoholic beverage in America. Stemming from the Adirondack foothills is Hidden Star, a ripe and crisp blend of New World apples that makes a perfect pairing for tangy barbeque. Also on the line up is Old Sin, a floral and spicy digestif that is blended with a splash of sweet iced cider for balance. Try 4 for just $2!

Cost: 4 ciders for $2
