Thornbridge is a relatively new brewer. Based in the UK about 2 hours train ride from London, they started producing beers in 2005. In September 2005 they started raking in the awards. Initially, Thornbridge focused on brewing traditional beers with their own, unique & modern twist on them. Since their new ’Hall Brewery’ has gone in, they have expanded their brewing prowess by experimenting with barrel ageing and preimium ingredients.

We will be welcoming a guest for the night who will be helping us run the tasting. He knows his stuff and is currently the Head rep for Thornbridge in W.A. working for a company called Bravo. I hope everyone can welcome Anthony Williams who currently runs a beer tasting class every month at The Classroom.

Below are the details for the tasting. Booking is essential:

When: Tuesday, 13th of August

Where: Mane Liquor; 237 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont

Time: 7:30pm - 9pm-ish

Price: $25 per head

Light food will be provided.
