So the details of our Beer Dinner with Forge Brew Works are as follows: There’ll be a single seating at 7 pm; the price will be $40 per person for a full, four-course meal (tip not included); and reservations are to be had by calling 703 548 7200.

We’re just as excited as can be.

As for the beer and food, it should be something along these lines:

Petite Saison - Pumpkin Soup

Roggenbier - Arugula Salad with Smoked Trout and Caraway Vinaigrette

Single Hop IPA - Pork Cheek Goulash

Oatmeal Stout - Chocolate Oatmeal Crisp
