This is an open invitation to ALL RateBeerians to attend a special beer sharing and celebration dedicated to RateBeer legend Walt Powell, who passed away tragically on June 4th of this year.

The party is on Sunday, October 6th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Draught House Pub & Brewery in Austin, TX. Walt’s family and friends will all be in attendance, and plenty of food will be served. And in the spirits of generosity and shared experiences, approximately 200 beers that Walt left behind from his extensive collection will be on-hand for all to share in and enjoy.

Come out to meet new people or catch up with old friends, and to honor and commemorate a generous and larger-than-life man who left us way too soon.
