A Beer Dinner Tour

Saturday, January 11th.

3:00-7:00 pm
Departing the Capital ChopHouse at 9 East Wilson Street, Madison.
Transportation: 14 passenger shuttle bus and 10 passenger hotel shuttle



Hop Head Beer Tours is partnering with the Capital ChopHouse to offer a unique twist on the popular beer paired dinner. Not only will you get to enjoy a delicious meal paired with Ale Asylum beer, you’ll also get to tour the brewing facility at Ale Asylum and enjoy a presentation at Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier about the sourcing of her chocolates.


3:00 pm: Depart Capital ChopHouse.

3:15 pm: Ale Asylum Brewery includes tour of the brewing facility and samples.

4:30 pm: Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier includes a presentation by Gail. Her chocolates will be sourced for the beer dinner.

5:30 pm: Ale Asylum Beer Paired Dinner prepared by the Capital ChopHouse.
