The SF Beer Week Opening Gala is the largest, most anticipated, and prestigious annual gathering of the Northern California craft beer community.
It’s the kick off party for SF Beer Week, commencing a nine day marathon of beer dinners, tastings, tap takeovers, and educational events that occur
all over the Bay Area.

The Opening Gala will feature 80 breweries from Northern California serving some of the most creative and compelling beers the region has to offer. It will take place on Friday, February 7th, from 6-10pm, at the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco. Discover newly minted nanobrewers pouring beer alongside legendary pioneers.

Attendees will receive a commemorative glass and enjoy unlimited samples of new, rare and classic beers. Expect mouth puckering sour beers, hop bombs, barrel-aged brews, and a wide range of other beers that make Northern California one of the best beer producing regions in the world.

In addition to great beer, we’ll also be featuring some of the best local food and music you can find in the Bay Area. Skilled chefs will serve up a range of delicious options for purchase, while the musical acts deliver a lively, foot-stomping tone.
