Flying Saucer will be hosting a celebration of American Sour and Wild Ales from Thursday, Jan. 30 until Saturday, Feb. 1 at its Addison location. Various releases of these unique brews will be featured each day at the below specified times.

Thursday: New Belgium Wild2 at noon; Boulevard Foeder Projekt #1 at 7 p.m.

Friday: New Belgium Terrior and Goose Island Halia (bottle) at noon

Saturday: Goose Island Lolita Noon and Goose Island Juliet (bottle) at noon
