To Øl is one of Copenhagen’s most exciting up-and-coming brewery’s. Founded in 2010 after years of homebrew & careful mentorship by the infamous Mikkel, Tobias & Tore went commercial with a ‘gypsy brewery’ allowing them even greater experimentation. For these guys it’s all about the beer and we are definitely on board with that.

This Thursday we’ll be witnessing a tap takeover of 6 excellent To Øl beers from 6pm. Followed by Tore, To Øl’s cofounder/head brewer/all around awesome dude, joining us at 8:30 to answer questions, talk craft, and drink beer.
