The 2014 edition of Cantillon’s Brewery Quintessence will take place on Thursday, 1 May.

We will have the great honour of welcoming our friends Rob Tod, from Allagash Brewing Company, and Vinnie Cilurzo, from Russian River Brewing Company. Together, we will have you sample our beers during a tasting tour organised in the various rooms of Cantillon Brewery.

- Saint-Lamvinus

- Cuvée Saint-Gilloise

- Zwanze 2012 (Rhubarb)

- High gravity lambic

- Wild Friendship Blend (a blend of our spontaneous fermentation beers, 1/3 Russian River, 1/3 Allagash, 1/3 Cantillon)


Many of the beers will be accompanied by a culinary specialty from Brussels and other delicacies, such as gueuze-ripened cheese, smoked mackerel rillettes, pottekeis, pâté prepared with kriek, pecan tart and others.

You will receive a tasting glass produced especially for this event when you arrive at the brewery.

The first visitors will be allowed into the brewery at 10 am, with a maximum of 60 people per half-hour thereafter, while the last group will be let in at 6 pm.
